A plastic curtain with armholes brought 10-year-old Paige Okray the thing she’s really been missing during this coronavirus lockdown.
A hug with her grandparents.
She and her mom, Lindsay, created the curtain using a shower curtain, paper plates, Ziploc bags and a hot glue gun.
The hug that made the work on the plastic curtain with arm holes so worth it.
Mom Lindsay is a nurse in the COVID-19 unit at Riverside Community Hospital in California.
She told ABC7 this was a special treat for her, as well since she has had to stay physically distanced from loved ones as a precaution.
